💛This is why we thought of organizing in the peace of Villa i Tramonti four appointments for you to enjoy a meditation session with sound bath through the use of Tibetan bells, accompanied by crystal practice. Then ending with a tasty apericena carefully designed by our Chef.

👉 How does it work?
The evening will start at 8 p.m. with the meditation lasting until 9 p.m., after which the apericena will begin.
It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and for those who want a cover/cloth to cover themselves or to use as a pillow.
The entrance fee is €35 per person, includes apericena and meditation with sound bath and crystal-practice, drinks and bar remain excluded.
