Our Story

Every story is made up of many chapters, and this is where our story begins.

From a piece of land dedicated to raising ostriches comes the enchanting setting of the Villa: 4 hectares of gardens surrounded by flowers and centuries-old olive trees.

The majestic farmhouse on the hilltop comes to life thanks to the relentless efforts of Andrea Pecci, supported by his mother Maria, a woman who has always been engaged in the art of hospitality, dedicated to rolling up her sleeves to create a successful business for her family. And right along with the family, Andrea continues the journey alongside Gegia, who, with her constant commitment and endless passion, is today Director and important point of reference of Villa i Tramonti.

The Main Hall

The Main Hall of the Villa, at 245 square meters is the largest in the entire complex. It can accommodate up to 250 guests, divided into both round and square tables, according to the organization’s personal need.

The Sky Room

The Sky Room, located on the second floor of the main structure, is one of the brightest yet most intimate rooms in the complex.

Equipped with immense windows showing the panorama, it allows the gaze to sweep from the sea of the Riviera, to the green hills of the hinterland.

It is precisely because of this feature that it takes the name Sala Cielo; in fact, dining in this room, one has the perception of being suspended in the air, admiring from above the splendor of the gardens that surround the structure.

The Gazebo

On the southern side of the Villa, overlooking the greenery of the White Garden, stands the Gazebo.

The large openings of the marquee allow one to enjoy the beauty of the garden below and the peace that the inland hills provide.

Completely independent from the main structure, the Gazebo represents a strategic solution for the holding of different moments of the Wedding Banquet: in fact, thanks to its large capacity, it represents the ideal environment for the holding of the final party.

Moreover, in case of bad weather, thanks also to the decisive proximity to the parking lot, the Gazebo becomes the ideal environment for the initial refreshment prior to the arrival of the bride and groom, the cake cutting and the open bar.

Finally, in the event that the Bride and Groom are decided to hold the celebration of the Ceremony on site and the weather makes the park unusable, the Marquee is an elegant and bright solution to give the ceremony the importance it deserves.

The Parks

Three spacious and majestic Parks frame the Villa, ideal for staging magical ceremonies and romantic outdoor dinners in the spring and summer months.

The Water Lily Garden

The Water Lily Garden stands on the northernmost slope of the Villa. With its impressive pink brick stairways, white stone plaza, and a delicate waterway ending in a small water lily pond, it forms the oldest and most structured garden in the Villa.

Primarily suitable for refreshments and welcome drinks, it is the most elegant and atmospheric way to welcome guests. Wooden sofas, white cushions, and wrought-iron tables provide seating that is harmonious with its surroundings. Despite being the “lowest” park, it offers a breathtaking view that sweeps all the way to the sea of the Riviera.

For more intimate weddings, the garden becomes the perfect setting for on-site ceremonies with up to 50 white seats.

The Garden of Sounds

The Sound Garden is the Villa’s largest scenic park.

Since 2018, following a redevelopment plan, it has been implemented, illuminated and made suitable for large garden dinners.

Overlooked by more than 400 bulbs and surrounded by silvery olive trees and flowering bushes, it is the Villa’s most atmospheric park. Situated at the highest point, it offers breathtaking views from inland villages along the soft hilly landscape to the blue sea on the horizon.

During the warm season, the Villa offers major events the opportunity to hold the entire dinner service on the lawn. The spectacle of the Garden of Sounds reaches its maximum splendor at dusk, when the Sun descends beyond the olive trees, perfectly in line with the Villa’s facade and the thousand-year-old olive tree; the sea is tinged with a clear blue and on the hills the small villages slowly begin to light up. The sense of immensity that this park gives is not equaled anywhere inside the Villa.

The White Garden

On the Southern side of the Villa, next to the large Gazebo, stands the White Garden.

A very versatile environment, thanks to its particular conformation. The White Garden, in fact, consists of two parks located on two different levels, put in communication through a romantic brick staircase.

Framed by the Inland Hills, far from the road and surrounded by flowering hedges and bushes, the White Garden appears as a real corner of paradise, an intimate and private place where to set important events.
