๐ Our hectic lives increasingly lead us to feel the need to take a moment just for us, to relax and pamper ourselves, to take time to think and meditate.
On Friday 8 November at 20.00, in the heart of Villa I Tramonti, treat yourself to an evening dedicated to inner introspection to the notes of the melody of Tibetan bells, all accompanied by the benefits of crystals with Roberta and Barbara

๐งโโ๏ธ Meditating with crystals helps us to connect with our deepest Ego, allows us to get in touch with our most intuitive side.
And to experience the atmosphere of a magical evening even more, we continue with our apericena carefully prepared by our Chef ๐จโ๐ณ
๐ How does it work?
The evening will start at 8 p.m. with the meditation, which will last until 9 p.m., after which theaperitif will begin. We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes early to start the meditation together on time.
It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and for those who want a blanket/cloth to cover themselves or to use as a pillow.
The entrance fee is โฌ35 per person

- Savoury Tarte Tatin with spring onion and potato
- Quiche with summer vegetables and paprika

- Beetroot with strawberries and elderflower dressing
