A Large Living Room with Large Windows overlooking the Garden, A Splendid Gazebo Framed by Green Hills, An Annex for the Most Intimate Events, a Romantic Terrace overlooking the Sea to dine under a Starry Sky.
Each room is cared for in detail in order to offer the perfect atmosphere for your event, so as to make your special day a wonderful memory.
Main Room
The Main Hall of the Villa, with its 245 square meters, is the largest in the entire complex. It can accommodate up to 250 guests, divided into both round and square tables, according to the personal needs of the organization.
Unique in its kind, it has an elegant and stately style, thanks to the ancient wooden beams of the ceiling and the romantic white arches that frame the supporting columns.

Un antico camino accoglie gli ospiti all’ingresso della sala; durante l’Inverno, il suo tepore dona all’ambiente una delicata atmosfera familiare.
Le grandi vetrate che si affacciano sul giardino, permettono agli ospiti di godere della maestosità del panorama, che spazia fino al mare della Riviera.
La Sala Principale, con il suo fascino senza tempo, è l’ambientazione perfetta per donare importanza ed eleganza al Grande Giorno.
Sky Room
The Sky Room, located on the second floor of the main structure, is one of the brightest and at the same time most intimate rooms of the complex.
Equipped with immense windows that show the panorama, it allows the view to range from the sea of the Riviera, to the green hills of the hinterland.
It is precisely thanks to this characteristic that it takes the name of Sala Cielo; in fact, having lunch in this room, you have the perception of being suspended in the air, admiring from above the splendor of the gardens that surround the structure.

La Sala Cielo è inoltre dotata di un’eccezionale Terrazza panoramica che, durante la bella stagione, è il luogo ideale per rinfreschi al tramonto, cene sotto il cielo stellato e pranzi all’ombra dei grandi ombrelloni bianchi.
La magia di questa terrazza è sicuramente il senso di libertà che regala la vista mozzafiato e la tranquillità del panorama attiguo.
Alba Room
Next to the main structure, with an enchanting sea view, stands the Sala Alba, which takes its name from its position, in line with the rising sun.
The Sala Alba consists of an internal brick room with soft lighting, a romantic wooden porch and the square in front of the room.
With a total size of about 140 square meters between the internal room and the porch, the annex is able to accommodate up to 50 people and is particularly suitable for small spring and summer ceremonies.

La piazza antistante la dependance, arredata di tavoli e sedie in legno e grandi ombrelloni bianchi è il luogo perfetto per sviluppare il rinfresco iniziale, a cui segue il pasto principale ambientato sotto il grande portico in legno, circondato dalla pace che regalano i giardini della Villa.
In caso di maltempo, il Portico si presta come luogo ideale per celebrare Cerimonie Simboliche in Villa, rendendo unico questo Giorno Speciale.
The Gazebo
On the southern side of the Villa, overlooking the green of the White Garden, stands the Gazebo.
The large openings of the tensile structure allow you to enjoy the beauty of the garden below and the peace offered by the hills of the hinterland.
The wrought iron structure, the whiteness and brightness of the white curtains, the two brick load-bearing columns, make the tension structure unique for elegance and finesse throughout the complex.
Second in size, with its 220 square meters, the Gazebo is the ideal place to welcome large and important events.

Completamente indipendente rispetto alla struttura principale, il Gazebo rappresenta una soluzione strategica per lo svolgimento di diversi momenti del Banchetto Nuziale: grazie infatti alla sua grande capienza, rappresenta l’ambiente ideale per lo svolgimento della festa finale.
In caso di maltempo inoltre, grazie anche alla determinante vicinanza con il parcheggio, il Gazebo diventa l’ambiente ideale per il rinfresco iniziale antecedente all’arrivo degli sposi, il taglio torta e l’open bar.
Nell’ipotesi infine in cui gli Sposi siano decisi a svolgere la celebrazione della Cerimonia in loco ed il tempo renda inagibile il parco, la Tensostruttura costituisce un’elegante e luminosa soluzione per donare alla cerimonia l’importanza che merita.
The Parks
Three large and majestic parks frame the Villa, ideal for setting up magical ceremonies and romantic outdoor dinners in spring and summer.
The Garden of Water Lilies
The Garden of the Water Lilies stands on the northernmost side of the Villa. With its imposing pink brick staircases, the square in white stones and a delicate waterway ending in a small pond of Water Lilies, it is the oldest and most structured garden of the Villa.
Indicated mainly for refreshments and welcome drinks, it represents the most elegant and suggestive solution to welcome guests. Wooden sofas, white cushions and wrought iron tables provide harmonious seating with the surrounding environment. Despite being the “lowest” park, it offers a breathtaking view that goes all the way to the sea of the Riviera.
The Garden of Sounds
The Garden of Sounds is the Villa’s largest panoramic park.
Since 2018, following a redevelopment plan, it has been implemented, illuminated and made suitable for large dinners in the garden.
Overlooked by more than 400 light bulbs and surrounded by silvery olive trees and flowering bushes, it is the most evocative park in the Villa. Located at the highest point, it offers a breathtaking panorama that ranges from the villages of the hinterland, along the soft hilly landscape, to the blue of the sea on the horizon.

Durante la bella stagione, la Villa offre ai grandi eventi, la possibilità di svolgere l’intero servizio della cena nel prato. Lo spettacolo del Giardino dei Suoni raggiunge il suo massimo splendore al crepuscolo, quando il Sole scende oltre gli ulivi, perfettamente in linea con la facciata della Villa e con l’ulivo millenario; il mare si tinge di azzurro chiaro e sulle colline iniziano ad accendersi pian piano i piccoli borghi. Il senso di immensità che regala questo parco non è equiparabile a nessun luogo all’interno della Villa.
The Whie Garden
On the southern side of the Villa, next to the large Gazebo, stands the White Garden.
Very versatile environment, thanks to its particular conformation. The White Garden, in fact, is composed of two parks located on two different levels, connected through a romantic brick staircase.
Framed by the Hills of the hinterland, away from the road and surrounded by hedges and flowering bushes, the White Garden appears as a real corner of paradise, an intimate and reserved place, where important events can be set.
