Our story
Each story is made up of many chapters and from here our story begins.
From a land dedicated to the breeding of ostriches, the enchanting scenery of the Villa is born: 4 hectares of gardens surrounded by centuries-old flowers and olive trees.
The majestic cottage on the top of the hill comes to life thanks to the incessant commitment of Andrea Pecci, supported by his mother Maria, a woman who has always been committed to the art of hospitality, dedicated to rolling up her sleeves to create a successful business for her family. And right together with the family, Andrea continues the journey alongside Gegia, who, with her constant commitment and infinite passion, is today Director and important reference point of Villa i Tramonti.

First her daughter Sofia and, later, her brother Riccardo join Andrea to contribute to the expansion of Villa I Tramonti, a creature that we continue to feed every day with passion and dedication.
Our spaces
The Villa has been designed and structured to take advantage of both its multiple internal spaces and its majestic parks in an elegant and functional way.
In fact, it has 3 Rooms, 1 Gazebo and 3 Large Parks, completely different from each other, to offer the perfect setting for each Event.
During the Beautiful Season, the management offers the possibility of dining directly in the middle of the green, enjoying the evocative atmosphere of the lights and the magic of the night in the countryside.

Each room is cared for in detail in order to offer the perfect atmosphere for your event, so as to make your special day a wonderful memory.
The Main Room
The Main Hall of the Villa, with its 245 square meters, is the largest in the entire complex. It can accommodate up to 250 guests, divided into both round and square tables, according to the personal needs of the organization.
Unique in its kind, it has an elegant and stately style, thanks to the ancient wooden beams of the ceiling and the romantic white arches that frame the supporting columns.

An ancient fireplace welcomes guests at the entrance of the room; during the winter, its warmth gives the environment a delicate family atmosphere.
The large windows overlooking the garden allow guests to enjoy the majesty of the panorama, which reaches the sea of the Riviera.
The Main Hall, with its timeless charm, is the perfect setting to give importance and elegance to the Big Day.
The Sky Room
The Sky Room, located on the second floor of the main structure, is one of the brightest and at the same time most intimate rooms of the complex.
Equipped with immense windows that show the panorama, it allows the view to range from the sea of the Riviera, to the green hills of the hinterland.
It is precisely thanks to this characteristic that it takes the name of Sala Cielo; in fact, having lunch in this room, you have the perception of being suspended in the air, admiring from above the splendor of the gardens that surround the structure.

The Sky Room is also equipped with an exceptional panoramic terrace which, during the summer, is the ideal place for refreshments at sunset, dinners under the starry sky and lunches in the shade of the large white umbrellas.
The magic of this terrace is definitely the sense of freedom that gives the breathtaking view and the tranquility of the adjacent panorama.
The Alba Room
Next to the main structure, with an enchanting sea view, stands the Sala Alba, which takes its name from its position, in line with the rising sun.
The Sala Alba consists of an internal brick room with soft lighting, a romantic wooden porch and the square in front of the room.
With a total size of about 140 square meters between the internal room and the porch, the annex is able to accommodate up to 50 people and is particularly suitable for small spring and summer ceremonies.

The square in front of the annex, furnished with wooden tables and chairs and large white umbrellas is the perfect place to develop the initial refreshment, followed by the main meal set under the large wooden porch, surrounded by the peace that the gardens of the Villa give.
In case of bad weather, the Portico lends itself as an ideal place to celebrate Symbolic Ceremonies in the Villa, making this Special Day unique.
The Gazebo
On the southern side of the Villa, overlooking the green of the White Garden, stands the Gazebo.
The large openings of the tensile structure allow you to enjoy the beauty of the garden below and the peace offered by the hills of the hinterland.
The wrought iron structure, the whiteness and brightness of the white curtains, the two brick load-bearing columns, make the tension structure unique for elegance and finesse throughout the complex.
Second in size, with its 220 square meters, the Gazebo is the ideal place to welcome large and important events.

Completely independent from the main structure, the Gazebo represents a strategic solution for the holding of different moments of the Wedding Banquet: thanks to its large capacity, it represents the ideal environment for the final party.
In case of bad weather also, thanks also to the decisive proximity to the parking lot, the Gazebo becomes the ideal environment for the initial refreshments prior to the arrival of the bride and groom, the cake cutting and the open bar.
Finally, in the event that the Bride and Grooms are resolved to hold the ceremony on site and the weather makes the park unusable, the Tensostructure is an elegant and bright solution to give the ceremony the importance it deserves.
The Parks
Three large and majestic parks frame the Villa, ideal for setting up magical ceremonies and romantic outdoor dinners in spring and summer.
The Garden of Water Lilies
The Garden of the Water Lilies stands on the northernmost side of the Villa. With its imposing pink brick staircases, the square in white stones and a delicate waterway ending in a small pond of Water Lilies, it is the oldest and most structured garden of the Villa.
Indicated mainly for refreshments and welcome drinks, it represents the most elegant and suggestive solution to welcome guests. Wooden sofas, white cushions and wrought iron tables provide harmonious seating with the surrounding environment. Despite being the “lowest” park, it offers a breathtaking view that goes all the way to the sea of the Riviera.
The Garden of Sounds
The Garden of Sounds is the Villa’s largest panoramic park.
Since 2018, following a redevelopment plan, it has been implemented, illuminated and made suitable for large dinners in the garden.
Overlooked by more than 400 light bulbs and surrounded by silvery olive trees and flowering bushes, it is the most evocative park in the Villa. Located at the highest point, it offers a breathtaking panorama that ranges from the villages of the hinterland, along the soft hilly landscape, to the blue of the sea on the horizon.

During the summer, the Villa offers major events the possibility of carrying out the entire dinner service in the lawn. The spectacle of the Garden of Sounds reaches its maximum splendor at dusk, when the Sun descends beyond the olive trees, perfectly in line with the facade of the Villa and the millennial olive tree; the sea is tinged with light blue and the small villages slowly begin to light up on the hills. The sense of immensity that this park gives is not comparable to any place inside the Villa.
The White Garden
On the southern side of the Villa, next to the large Gazebo, stands the White Garden.
Very versatile environment, thanks to its particular conformation. The White Garden, in fact, is composed of two parks located on two different levels, connected through a romantic brick staircase.
Framed by the Hills of the hinterland, away from the road and surrounded by hedges and flowering bushes, the White Garden appears as a real corner of paradise, an intimate and reserved place, where important events can be set.
The Restaurant
For 20 years, the restaurant of Villa I Tramonti has been celebrating the Romagna tradition fused with innovation and elegance of the dishes. Our chefs, with creative imagination, make each dish a unique experience, using carefully selected raw materials from our rich Romagna, with cold cuts and cheeses from local producers, hand-pulled pasta and refined desserts. Our winery offers labels from various regions of Italy, with particular attention to local wineries. A perfect combination of tradition and culinary innovation.
