On Friday 15 November at 20.00, in the heart of Villa I Tramonti, treat yourself to an evening dedicated to inner introspection through a sound bath with Handpan, Tibetan Bells and Ancestral Instruments
This is a unique and transformative experience in which you have the opportunity to relax, connect with yourself@ and discover the depths of your emotions through the harmonic vibrations of Tibetan bells

๐ How does it work?
The evening will start at 8 p.m. with meditation that will last until 9 p.m., after which theaperitif will begin. We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes early to start the meditation together on time.
It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and for those who want a blanket/cloth to cover themselves or to use as a pillow.
The entrance fee is โฌ35 per person
